Print Production Associate

Job Title: Print Production AssociateLocation: St. Charles, MOJob Type: Full-timeAbout Us:Gateway Print is a fast-paced, high-quality print shop specializing in digital printing & direct mail. We’re looking for experienced and detail-oriented individuals to join our production team and help us deliver exceptional products to our customers.Key Responsibilities: Operate digital and/or large-format printing equipment (e.g., HP, Ricoh, Canon, Mimaki, etc.) Prepare print files and ensure color accuracy, registration, and print quality Trim, bind, laminate, and finish printed materials as needed Maintain equipment and report maintenance needs promptly Package and label finished products for shipping or pickup Assist with inventory management and warehouse organization Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace Qualifications: 1+ year of experience in a print shop, production, or warehouse environment Familiarity with digital or offset printing equipment Strong attention to detail and quality control Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Basic computer skills; experience with print software (e.g., Fiery, Onyx, Adobe Acrobat) a plus Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team Benefits: Competitive pay (based on experience) Paid time off and holidays Opportunities for advancement and training Health insurance and 401(k)
