You will report to the Center Manager and oversee the general management of employees assigned to the production areas.BioLife Plasma Services is a subsidiary of Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Ltd.How you will contribute: You will oversee employee performance and scheduling You will lead Inventory Control efforts and lead in operational efforts You will work with donors to resolve concerns You will analyze opportunities specific to non-conforming events You will perform all tasks for Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing areas.
