MADO Healthcare Uptown -MADO Healthcare partners with persons who live with mental illness to offer hope in recovery and wellness.Dietary AideThe Dietary Aide is responsible for the cleaning and food preparation duties to ensure hygienic conditions are maintained in the kitchen and dining area in compliance with city and state regulations. The Dietary aide helps to support dietary cook in the preparation of meals for clients.Must be able to work rotating shifts.Essential Duties Include:Operate kitchen equipmentPrepare all beverages for meal serviceMay be required to scrape and wash dishesClean up after all meals such as washing tables, chairs, meal prep and work stations, sweeping and moppingTake garbage out to the dumpsterMaintain clean and orderly storage and work areasPrepare evening snack for evening shift to distributeQualifications:Must possess interpersonal skills necessary to exchange information and maintain courteous relationships with clients, families, supervisors and visitors of the facilityMust be free of a criminal background that is a Disqualifying Offense as defined by the Illinois Department of Public HealthMust hold Illinois Food Handlers CertificateMADO Healthcare is an equal opportunity employerPosted 1/5/23
