Jill's House is a Christian non-profit organization and auxiliary ministry of McLean Bible Church called by God to love individuals toward Jesus by providing them with short-term, overnight respite care and holistic family support services. To learn more, please visit our website at .Jill's House is seeking Overnight Direct Support Professionals to care for individuals with intellectual disabilities in our fully accessible facility in Vienna, Virginia just outside of Washington, DC.Paidtraining and professional development is provided so experience is not required!Ask us about our sign on bonus!The Direct Support Professional is responsible for: The guidance and supervision of individuals to whom they are assigned. Performing a combination of basic care, assistance with activities of daily living, and activity guidance in a safe, nurturing environment. Following each client's service plan and create a positive, engaging and fun experience for all participants.Available Shifts: Friday: 9 PM - 6 AM Saturday: 9 PM - 6 AMThe goal of Jill's House is to share Jesus' love for individuals with intellectual disabilities and their families through purposeful excellence, joyful service, and compassionate engagement. At least six months successful experience preferred. Weekend shift availability is highly preferred Patience, good oral and written communication skills. Great team skills, willingness to learn and grow. Physical strength and stamina to help individuals transition into bed.
