What You'll Do Lead, coach, and motivate a team of 8-15 employeesEnsure high-quality products and excellent customer serviceManage labor, food, and supply costs within budgetOversee cash handling, deposits, and shift reportsMaintain a clean, safe, and compliant restaurant environmentRecruit, train, and develop new team membersManage scheduling and staffing coverageExecute Papa John's operational standards and local health regulationsOpen and close the restaurant as scheduledDrive performance, sales, and team morale through leadership and accountability What We're Looking For Must be 18 years or olderPrior management or leadership experience (restaurant or retail preferred)Food service or quick-service restaurant experience a plusReliable transportation and willingness to travel within the Rochester areaAvailability to work nights, weekends, and holidaysAbility to work 40+ hours per week in a fast-paced environmentStrong leadership, communication, and customer service skills (Assistant Manager candidates should have some supervisory or shift lead experience; Manager candidates should have full restaurant or multi-shift leadership experience.)
