Associate Attorney

VF Law, a leading homeowner association law firm, is seeking an Associate Attorney licensed to practice in Arizona for its Mesa, AZ office. An attorney with 0-3 years of experience in civil litigation, HOA collections, covenant enforcement, and/or insurance defense is preferred.The experience expected from applicants, as well as additional skills and qualifications needed for this job are listed below.*Responsibilities** Conduct thorough legal research using Westlaw to support case preparation.* Draft legal documents and pleadings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards.* Assist in litigation processes, including preparing for trials and hearings.* Collaborate with clients to understand their legal needs and provide sound advice.* Negotiate settlements and represent clients in various legal matters, including insurance defense and enforcement.* Maintain organized case files and documentation.A portable book of business is a bonus if it complements our core areas of practice: HOA, construction defect, collections, insurance defense, real estate and/or general business.
