Physical Therapist - Fort Gibson, Oklahoma area - Permanent and Full-Time Hire Key Highlights: Hours: Monday through Friday, 8 am 5 pm Shift Differentials Sign-on Bonus and Relocation Eligible 1:1 Patient Care Supportive Teamwork Environment Multidisciplinary Clinic with PT, OT, ST Job Summary: Provides clinical patient care by initiating and administering appropriate treatment Evaluates patients accurately and plans appropriate treatment Sets and meets functional goals, revises and progresses treatment program Provides instruction to patients, family members, and healthcare providers Minimum Education: Graduation from an accredited school of Physical Therapy. Licensure, Registration and/or Certification: Valid State of Oklahoma Licensure or Temporary Letter of Authorization to practice Physical Therapy.
