You'll apply advanced welding technologies and oversee tooling, equipment, and process design to ensure quality and efficiency in production.What You Will DoDesign and maintain manufacturing processes for welding metal parts in required configurations.Oversee welding operations using manual and automatic systems to ensure safe and accurate fabrication.Examine and resolve defects in work pieces using appropriate technologies and tools.Adhere to quality assurance policies to ensure compliance with engineering specifications.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, quality, and production to optimize welding outcomes.Preferred QualificationCertified Welding Inspector (CWI) preferred.Experience with ABB, Fanuc, and Kawasaki programming; offline programming preferred.Strong understanding of Microsoft operating systems and related applications.What You HaveQuality Management: Familiarity with continuous improvement tools, walkthroughs, inspections, and QA techniques.Metal Fabrication: Ability to design, supervise, and analyze fabrication processes and costs.Manufacturing Safety: Knowledge of OSHA standards; ability to perform safety inspections and promote compliance.Production Systems: Experience with complex production systems and troubleshooting.Summary Pay Range:$95,640.00 - $143,520.00Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience.
