Injection Sr. Specialist

*Job Summary*If you think you are the right match for the following opportunity, apply after reading the complete description.The Injection Senior Specialist will serve as a technical leader, overseeing injection molding processes, troubleshooting production issues, and implementing process improvements to support safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing*Duties & Responsibilities ** Supervise maintenance, processing and pilot processing specialists.* Lead and support daily injection molding operations, ensuring equipment and processes run at optimal performance.* Troubleshoot complex molding, tooling, and equipment issues to minimize downtime and scrap.* Develop, document, and implement standardized molding processes and procedures.* Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to launch new products and improve existing ones.* Maintain spare parts inventory for machinery and equipment* On call for emergency repairs with respect to production obligations* Supervise and assist emergency trouble shoot/ repair machines and equipment, including weekends as needed* Travel may be necessary for support and training.* Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to safety, quality, productivity, and cost, driving continuous improvement.* Other duties as assigned*Job Qualifications*_*Experience*_* 5+ years' experience with facility maintenance; includes Electrical and Mechanical* Plastics Injection Molding Machine maintenance* Kawasaki Robot experience* In-depth knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanics, electrical, and robotics* Hydraulic and electrical training* Welding experience (Tig/Mig), pill press* PLC knowledge preferred_*Skills and Abilities*_* Ability to manage time efficiently; repair in a timely fashion to minimize downtime* Strong* Must be mechanically inclined; able to troubleshoot problems, based on training and previous experience* Prioritization skills; ability to adapt to changing demands from leadership teams* Ability to show versatility and resourcefulness when problem solving* Strong interpersonal and communication skills* High attention to detail and accuracy; ensuring the job is done right the first time to minimize downtime* Ability to efficiently manage a team of professionals towards a shared goal* Ability to organize tasks and demands efficiently_*Other*_* High school diploma or GED required* AAS degree or relevant experience preferred* Valid driver's licenseJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:* 401(k)* 401(k) matching* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Life insurance* Paid time off* Vision insurancePeople with a criminal record are encouraged to applyWork Location: In person
