Family Law Attorney

Barton & Associates, Attorneys at Law, PLLC is a growing Central and South Texas civil and criminal law firm that seeks a Dynamic Family Law Attorney to join our outstanding team. Some experience is required. Strong emphasis will be placed on training, mentoring, employee wellness, and attorney team-based representation. If a case is not a right fit for our firm model, we will not take the case.Requirements:Licensed to Practice Law in Texas.The benefit package includes medical, dental, vision, paid vacation, and sick time. The Firm also pays for Texas State Bar dues and relevant CLE's.*Responsibilities** Draft legal documents, including pleadings and motions, with strong writing skills.* Provide legal counsel on family law matters, including divorce, custody, and support issues.* Attend court on a daily basis and carry your own case load with minimal oversight.* Negotiate settlements and represent clients in court proceedings.* Maintain organized case files and manage administrative tasks within the law office.Job Type: Full-timePay: $80,000.00 - $125,000.00 per yearBenefits:* 401(k)* 401(k) matching* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Paid time off* Vision insuranceWork Location: In person
