Customer Service Representative

We are the customer service department for a major drapery workroom. This position requires basic customer service skills. Some sewing knowledge is helpful but not manditory. We will provide training to familiarize you with our products and our unique computer system Your primary responsibility would be communications with our customer base: answering calls, handling mail and emails. You will be entering orders for custom products, checking status on existing orders and answering customer questions and concerns. We maintain physical files, so some filing is required. Daily and weekly reports help us maintain our production flow. These reports are divided among our customer service representatives.
