Ascension Columbia St. Mary's Hospital in Milwaukee, WI, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Urologist to join our growing Urology Department. Collaborative Environment:Join a team that includes another physician and two APPs, fostering a supportive and collegial atmosphere. Details: Specialty:Urology Subspecialty Interest:General Urology with flexibility to focus on specific areas. Schedule:1.0 FTE Call Schedule:Monday - Thursday for own patients; Weekend call (minimum of 1:4, potentially 1:6). Practice Location:Main location at Prospect Medical Commons with potential for satellite locations. EMR System:EPIC Facility:Ascension Columbia St. Mary's Milwaukee Location:Milwaukee, WI Responsibilities: Evaluate and treat patients with appropriate medical diagnostic and treatment skills. Participate in efforts to improve cost-effectiveness and quality of care. Accept patient referrals and act as admitting, attending, and/or consulting physician. Engage in academic programs (medical education, research) as requested. Ensure accurate and timely documentation for insurance requirements and appeals. Participate in inpatient and outpatient consultations, including on-call schedules. Qualifications: Licensure/Certification/Registration:Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Wisconsin Medical Examining Board required prior to hire date. Advanced Life Support (AHA) preferred. Education:Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
