Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Family PracticeDiscipline: Nurse PractitionerDuration: 26 weeks40 hours per weekShift: 8 hours, daysEmployment Type: Local ContractLocation: Bronx, NY; Covers 2-3 Facilities in Bronx, NYSchedule: Full-Time Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5 PM Contract: Temp to PermAssignment Length: 13-26 weeksPatient Population: ISNPSetting: Long Term Care/Assisted Living/Skilled NursingCase Load: 2-3 Assessments Per day; 4-5 Follow Up/Rounding per day; Up to 9 Patients per day total; Requirements: Active, unrestricted NP license in New York National certification (ANCC or AANP) in Family, Adult, Adult-Gerontology Primary Care, or Acute Care 1+ year NP experience 1+ year of ISNP, LTC/SNF/ALF experience required as NP DEA, NPI, and BLS required Reliable transportation to visit multiple facilities as needed Must be willing to be in facility from M-F 8a-5p About Sunbelt Staffing What you do is so much more than a job.
