Our team values quality craftsmanship, professionalism, and teamwork.*Position:*We are seeking an *experienced roofer* who is reliable, hardworking, and skilled in multiple roofing systems. The most important qualification for this role is hands-on experience with flat roofing, specifically metal and TPO systems. The ideal candidate will be confident working independently and with a team, performing repairs and installations safely and efficiently.*Pay:*Starting at *$35/hour**Responsibilities:** Perform *repairs and installations* on various roofing systems.* Handle *flat roofing work*.* Diagnose and repair leaks and storm damage.* Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites.* Follow all OSHA safety standards and company procedures.*Requirements:** Minimum *4-5 years of roofing experience* (flat roofing experience required).* Must have a valid driver's license.* Ability to lift 75 lbs and work safely at heights.* Strong work ethic and attention to detail.* Must be dependable and punctual.Job Type: Full-timePay: From $35.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 - 50 per weekWork Location: In person
