Must talk with clients, answer emails providing superior customer service during their difficult time. No Procrastinators!*Responsibilities*Communicate directly with clients advising, guiding, calling them back when you say you will. Respond to emails and give them frequent updates regarding their case before they ask!Handle all aspects of litigation: pleadings, discovery, settlement conferences, RFOs/motions, and trialsPrepare the clients for all hearings.* Outstanding Skills in drafting, reviewing legal documents: motions, P&As, RFOs, DVROs, Stipulations & Orders, Marital Settlement Agreements, Judgments. Etc....* Manage complex issues like property division, including real estate and businesses in divorce proceedings; custody evaluations, and move-aways.· Trial experience and court appearance are necessary - the more you have, the better!*Qualifications - 5+ years of solid family law experience*· *Compensation Depends on Your Experience*· Strong research, writing, negotiation, and courtroom skills.
