This is an exciting opportunity to join a startup-style office backed by the resources, reputation, and success of a nationally recognized firm.ResponsibilitiesTake full ownership of personal injury cases from intake through trial or resolutionSkillfully conduct and defend depositions (including expert witnesses) as part of a targeted litigation strategyRepresent clients in court, confidently handling hearings, motions, and trialsDraft high-quality pleadings, motions, and discovery documents in alignment with case strategyConduct thorough legal research to support arguments and filingsCommunicate with clients, counsel, experts, and the court in a clear and professional mannerRequirements:Licensed to practice in Arizona6-10 years of proven litigation experience in Arizona personal injury law, including trial workDemonstrated ability to independently manage and litigate PI cases through verdictStrong deposition, trial preparation, and courtroom skillsExcellent research, writing, and analytical abilitiesEntrepreneurial mindset, capable of working in a startup office environment with minimal oversightStrong client-relations skills and a results-driven approachCompensation: $150,000.00-$180,000.00 annually + commission and bonusesBenefitsWest Coast Trial Lawyers offers health, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, a health savings account (HSA), a 401(k) plan with employer contributions, paid time off, sick leave, and paid holidays.
