We exclusively represent Plaintiffs for injuries arising out of auto accidents, truck accidents, premises liability, nursing home negligence, and medical malpractice. Trial experience and Spanish-speaking are on the wish-list, but not required.*Responsibilities:*We are looking for someone to manage a case load from start to finish including all aspects of pre-litigation, litigation, and trial; this person, in conjunction with support staff and other attorneys, would be responsible for:* Client communication* Case management* Settlement demands/negotiations* Research* Drafting pleadings* Drafting and answering discovery* Depositions* Motions* TrialWe have an incredible team of paralegals who are ready to support our next great hire.
