With more than half of the 259 beds in our teaching hospital devoted to intensive care level services, we are the regional pediatric referral center for Floridas west coast.POSITION SUMMARY: Provides operational leadership and direct supervision of Discipline specific staff across assigned regions to ensure consistent and comprehensive patient care services.Provides clinical oversight and supervision for assigned staff and students to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies across the health system Facilitates and manages day-to-day operations of the staff including quality, fiscal and human resource tegral to the development of all discipline service line goals, education, programs and quality initiatives. QUALIFICATIONS: Clinical specific degree from an accredited university, college, etc. in occupational therapy required. Licensed to practice in the State of Florida for Occupational Therapist. Minimum of 5 years of pediatric experience in clinical specialty with a minimum of 2 years clinical management responsibilities required. Ability to travel to various locations within the Johns Hopkins All Children’s Health System is required. Salary Range: Minimum 44.20/hour - Maximum 70.71/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
