Fitness and Martial Arts Sales Director

Our mission is to develop people mentally, spiritually, and physically, and we need leaders who can manage operations, teach dynamic classes, and close membership sales with discipline and intensity.All the relevant skills, qualifications and experience that a successful applicant will need are listed in the following description.*Duties** Oversee daily operations of The Facility, ensuring seamless execution of systems and processes.* Teach high-energy group classes at times (Muay Thai, or kickboxing), inspiring members to crush their goals.* Drive membership sales and fitness challenges, hitting individual and team targets (15-20 memberships/month).* Deliver a 12/10 member experience through positive relationships and exceptional communication.* Maintain studio cleanliness and uphold brand standards.* Promote the studio at community events, fairs, and B2B partnerships to boost visibility.* Post engaging social media content to drive studio growth.* Support community programs to inspire members and locals.*Experience** 1+ year of membership sales experience (retail sales not applicable; fitness or martial arts sales preferred).* 1+ year of group teaching experience, with expertise in kickboxing or martial arts a plus.* High-energy, disciplined, and thrives in a fast-paced, intense environment.* Comfortable teaching on a mic and motivating diverse groups, from beginners to athletes.* Excellent communication skills (in-person, phone, email) and social media savvy.* Uncompromising professionalism, honesty, integrity, and work ethic.* Fast learner, autonomous, and committed to set vision and processes.* Basic computer proficiency and willingness to participate in ongoing Instructor and Sales Training.* Background in gymnastics, dance, yoga, or fitness instruction a plus.*Performance Bonuses (Monthly):** $500 for securing 15 new memberships by the 20th of the month.* $1,250 for securing 20 new memberships by the 20th (early stretch bonus).* $1,000 for securing 20 new memberships by the last day of the month.* $200 for securing 15 new memberships by the last day of the month.Join us to transform lives, grow your career, and drive a brand that's revolutionizing fitness and Martial Arts in Providence.
