The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctor (JD) degree, be admitted to the California State Bar, and have 1-2 years of experience practicing law. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior associate to gain valuable hands-on experience while contributing to a dynamic legal team.*Key Responsibilities:** Provide legal research, analysis, and support on various cases and projects.* Experience with employement law* Draft, review, and revise contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.* Assist senior attorneys with case preparation and client matters.* Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.* Represent the organization and/or clients in legal proceedings as required.* Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and external parties.*Qualifications:** Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.* Active license to practice law in the State of California (CA Bar admission required).* 1-3 years of experience practicing law as a junior associate or attorney.* Strong research, analytical, and writing skills.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.*Preferred Attributes:** Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.* Professional demeanor and strong sense of ethics.Job Type: Full-timePay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per yearBenefits:* 401(k)* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Life insurance* Paid time off* Vision insuranceExperience:* Legal research: 1 year (Required)Work Location: In person
