As we continue to grow, we are looking for a passionate and driven *Personal Injury Attorney* to join our team.*Job Description:*The ideal candidate will handle all aspects of personal injury claims from intake through settlement or litigation. This includes client communication, reviewing and summarizing medical records, negotiating with insurance adjusters, and preparing settlement demands. Experience litigating in state courts is preferred.*Key Responsibilities:** Manage a full caseload of pre-litigation and, where applicable, litigation personal injury matters* Conduct client intakes and maintain regular client communication* Draft and review demand letters, pleadings, and settlement agreements* Analyze medical records and prepare case summaries* Negotiate settlements with insurance adjusters and opposing counsel* Represent clients in mediations, depositions, and court hearings as needed* Ensure cases move forward efficiently and comply with applicable deadlines*Requirements:** Licensed and in good standing to practice law in *Ohio* (Required)* Licensed in *Tennessee and/or Indiana* (Preferred)* 1+ year of experience in personal injury law preferred, but not required* Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills* Ability to thrive in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment* Proficient in legal case management software and Microsoft Office*Benefits:** Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses* 401(k) with company match* Paid time off and holidays* Opportunities for advancement in a growing practice*How to Apply:*Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your experience and interest in the position.Job Type: Full-timeBase Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per yearBenefits:* 401(k)* Paid time off* Retirement planWork Location: Hybrid remote in Columbus, OH 43231
