We are seeking highly motivated individuals with similar values to join our Team.Our Ideal candidate will possess the following skill set and educational requirements:Proficiency in Vectorworks or AutoCAD with the ability to work quickly and efficiently.Able to translate Comments, Redlines, and sketches into working drawings/documents.Ability to produce accurate take-offs for related designs.Skillful with construction drawings, including construction detailing, dimensioned layouts, and grading plansSkillful with presentations utilizing Photoshop, SketchUp, Lumion, and hand renderingTech-savvy, including expertise with Microsoft OfficeSkilled in managing a high volume of tasks and enjoy meeting deadlinesExcellent in both spoken and written communicationsBachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or similarFive years' experience required.Responsibilities of this position included, but were not limited to:The primary responsibility of this position is to interface with sales and project managers and assist with any stage of a project willingly, quickly, efficiently, and accurately. We foster a team effort to help us meet deadlines.Creation of base plans; accurately locating existing elements such as residences, walls, walkways, driveways, trees, etc. Clearly define property lines, setbacks, utilities, and other relevant features.Assist in design development and sales/presentation drawings for residential and commercial pile accurate information for project estimating and assist sales and project managers with estimation.Creation of detailed construction drawings; Hardscape Layout plan, Details plan, Planting Plan, and Lighting/Irrigation plan.
