HVAC Journeyman or Plumber

You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, refrigeration systems, boilers, and more. Your expertise will help us deliver exceptional service to our clients while promoting energy efficiency and optimal indoor air quality.*What you'll do** Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioning units, refrigeration systems, and boilers.* Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot HVAC issues effectively.* Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance.* Utilize mechanical knowledge to diagnose equipment malfunctions and implement effective repair solutions.* Perform field service tasks including appliance repair and plumbing work related to HVAC systems.* Operate tools such as ohmmeters and welding equipment safely and efficiently.* Collaborate with team members to design HVAC solutions that meet client specifications and energy efficiency standards.* Maintain accurate records of service performed, equipment repairs, and inventory management.*Experience** Proven experience as an HVAC technician or in a similar field service role.* Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in construction or property maintenance.* Familiarity with ammonia refrigeration systems is a plus.* Proficient in reading schematics and understanding HVAC design principles.* Experience with equipment repair and troubleshooting using various diagnostic tools.* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required for travel between job sites.* Welding experience is preferred but not mandatory.*Why you'll love it here*We are dedicated to fostering a supportive environment where our employees can thrive both personally and professionally.
