The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of plumbing systems and be a self-starter, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Must possess a Journeyman or Master Plumbers license. A NH Gas Fitters license is preferred, but not required. Compensation is based on experience, capabilities and licensing.*Job Duties:** Install, Inspect, diagnose, and perform emergency and/or scheduled service for residential and light commercial customers.* Must be capable of diagnosing and explaining all problems and options to the client. Ensures client satisfaction with all work, including cleanup.* Keeps detailed records of work progress and customer interactions.* Provide preventative maintenance, troubleshoot and repair all components of plumbing equipment.* Assembles, installs, or repairs pipes, fittings, or fixtures of heating, water, or drainage systems, according to specifications or plumbing codes.* Conducts appropriate tests to ensure successful completion of each plumbing job.* Directs helpers engaged in pipe cutting, pre-assembly, or installation of plumbing systems or components.* Lift heavy materials as needed during installations or repairs.* Exhibits a safety-first approach during all work activities, including when driving.* Take after hours on call duty as a part of a company rotation (on-call bonus provided).*Requirements / Qualifications:** NH Journeyman or Master Plumbers license* NH Gas Fitters License (preferred)* Valid driver's license and clean driving record.* Strong understanding of plumbing systems, including installation techniques and maintenance practices.* Strong customer service and communication skills* Strong steady work history with a minimum 3 years of experience* Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment related to plumbing work.* Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to installations.* Experience with HVAC systems is a plus but not required.* Must be able to perform heavy lifting as required by the job duties.* Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.* Strong written and verbal communication skills.* Efficient and organized.*Benefits / Compensation:** Compensation is based on experience.* Health insurance* Other supplemental insurance options available* Retirement plan with company match* Vacation Time and Paid Holidays* Company clothing/allowance* Company Cell Phone/Allowance* Company vehicle after training period* Cross training available in gas, oil, and HVAC* Tuition reimbursement* Employee discount (Equipment/Oil)Join our team today and contribute your expertise in creating efficient plumbing solutions!Please call/email Elaine Cady or Levi Theriault if you are interested in this position.(603) 669-4827 or Type: Full-timePay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hourExpected hours: No less than 40 per weekBenefits:* Company truck* Employee discount* Health insurance* Paid time off* Retirement plan* Tuition reimbursementApplication Question(s):* Do you currently reside within 45 minutes of Manchester NH?License/Certification:* NH Plumbing License (Required)Work Location: In person
