You will administer preventive maintenance schedules and be responsible for the repairs of the building systems. The ideal candidate must demonstrate knowledge of hand and power equipment as well as the ability to repair plumbing equipment.This is a full time, day shift position located at NewYork-Presbyterian/Brooklyn Methodist Hospital Center.Required Criteria: High school diploma or GEDMinimum of two (2) years hands on experience in the plumbing tradeASSE 6040 Medical Gas Systems Maintainer within 1 year of hireCertification FDNY Certificate of Fitness for Fireguard F-60 within probationFDNY Certificate of Fitness G-60 Torch Operations within probationFDNY Certificate of Fitness S-12 Sprinkler Systems within probationFDNY Certificate of Fitness S-13 Standpipe Systems within probationStrong commitment to providing an outstanding patient experienceBasic computer literacyJoin a healthcare system where employee engagement is at an all-time high.
