Litigation Attorney

Job Description We are seeking a motivated Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for justice and a strong desire to advocate for clients best interests across a variety of legal matters. Key Responsibilities Represent clients in criminal defense, personal injury, and complex civil litigation cases. Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs. Attend court hearings, depositions, and trials. Provide legal advice and strategy to clients. Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients. Work collaboratively with other attorneys and support staff. Qualifications Must be licensed to practice law in Nebraska and/or Iowa. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
