West Coast Arborists, Inc. is hiring a Plant Health Care SR. Technician. Position is working out of the corporate office. Must be willing and able to travel out of town for 1-2 weeks at a time, and as needed. Per diem and hotel stay is paid by WCA. JOB DESCRIPTION Provide labor and skill toward completion of Plant Health Care (PHC) services. Under general supervision, responsible for PHC crew operations. Involves record keeping and maintenance of WCA property. Must possess a Department of Pesticide Regulation Qualified Applicators License (QAL) or Qualified Applicator Certificate (QAC). WORK HOURS Typical working hours are from 6:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. five days per week. PHC Senior Technicians are expected to assist with overtime work and maintenance when necessary. Overtime will be compensated in accordance with company policy and applicable labor laws. SALARY RANGE Starting base salary is $27.69-$40.69 + Fringe Benefits $9.13 Total Compensation up to $49.82 per hour or D.O.E.
