Production Supervisor

We're hiring a Production Team Lead or Supervisor to oversee night shift operations at a high-volume production facility. This is a great opportunity to step into a leadership role with a company that values safety, quality, and continuous improvement.What You'll Do:Lead and support a team of production employees during the night shift, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.Oversee daily production activities, ensuring safety protocols, quality standards, and production goals are consistently met.Train and onboard new hires, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including maintenance, quality, and day shift leadership to ensure seamless transitions and communication.Identify and resolve production issues in real time, using problem-solving skills to minimize downtime and maximize output.Report directly to the Director of Production and work closely with the General Manager and Day Shift Production Manager.What We're Looking For:Proven experience leading teams in a manufacturing or production environment; food and beverage experience is a plus but not required.Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.Comfortable working night shift and being onsite from day one.Open to candidates with titles such as Lead, Team Lead, Assistant Supervisor, or SupervisorCompensation & Benefits:Health, Dental, & Vision
