Job Description: Pay Range: $20.16hr - $23.16hr The Customer Service Representative provides front desk support, assists visitors, coordinates workshops and events, supports operations and lending programs, and ensures excellent customer service. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in basic administrative and office software tools. Responsibilities: Greet and assist visitors upon arrival. Provide general customer service and communicate with vendors, customers, and staff. Provide basic technical support for conference and training rooms. Maintain and uphold company mission, values, policies, and procedures. Coordinate logistics and setup for workshops and meetings. Support instructors and internal teams with administrative tasks. Manage registration, attendance, and respond to customer inquiries. Assist customers before, during, and after workshops and events. Support building operations and maintenance. Organize operational documents and support document development. Submit facility maintenance requests. Order and manage supplies. Assist with client equipment demonstrations, tours, and consultations. Schedule and coordinate tours. Monitor and assist all reservations for lending programs. Prepare and package equipment based on reservations. Support program pick-up and drop-off. Maintain accurate loan records. Process incoming orders and customer inquiries under supervision. Requirement/Must Have: High School Diploma. Basic knowledge of company and department policies, procedures, rules, and customer programs. MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) experience at a basic level. Basic experience in mail sorting, printing, scanning, scheduling appointments, and answering phones. Should Have: Ability to multitask and prioritize. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Experience: 0 to 3 years of experience resolving customer problems and answering customer inquiries. Experience processing orders, evaluating, and responding to customer correspondence in a timely manner. Experience working within established guidelines under direct supervision. Qualification and Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet-based applications. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
