Operating with a lean team of 20, the company maintains a collaborative, growth-oriented culture and is targeting $100 million in annual revenue through high-profile public sector projects.Job DescriptionThe superintendent will oversee day-to-day operations on active construction sites in Washington, DC, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Responsibilities include managing subcontractors, coordinating all trades, maintaining quality control, enforcing safety protocols, and reporting directly to the VP while serving as the lead field representative for high-profile public sector projects.
