THE JOB: A cook I at Detroit Central Market is responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of globally inspired culinary favorites from chicken wings, classic coney dogs, authentic Mexican burritos, to tempting Asian noodles and delicious NY-style pizza. They work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring food is made quickly, safely, and to consistent quality standards.
