This position is now filledEstablished National Developer and General Contractor Strong South Florida Pipeline (Miami to Delray)About Our ClientOur client is a well established General Contractor with over 30 years of experience building in the State Florida.Job DescriptionManage day-to-day activities to meet project milestones and ultimately meet or beat project completion date.Develop Master Schedule for projectDirects all field personnel to achieve completion of the project on schedule, within budget, with quality workmanship that conforms to plans and specifications.Has knowledge and experience with other trades scope of work.Maintain daily and weekly logs of construction progress and being responsible for 2 to 3 week look aheadsMaintain jobsite safety, health and cleanlinessDaily inspection of construction site to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other applicable regulations.Identify the elements of project design and construction likely to produce constructability issues and plan coordination problems prior to beginning construction of the project.Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to administrative staff, subcontractors, and clientsEnsure project documentation and reports are completeAttend all necessary jobsite meetingsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
