Reports To: Route Manager Edit Holdings, LLC dba Tide Cleaners is seeking a Route Driver to join our team! We are seeking individuals that enjoy working with people and as a team to represent Tide Dry Cleaners in the ideal manner and provide an enjoyable experience for our customers. Duties & Responsibilities Demonstrate company core values at all times: Guest Services, Excellence, Committed, Integrity, and Top QualityResponsible for sales of route service. Responsible for cold-calling potential guests, setting appointments, explaining services and closing the sales. Driving the route, picking up and dropping of clothes as appropriate.Provide quality customer service through regular interaction and communication with customers and store employees.Committed to Grow Sales in the area you service.Maintain your pre-established route system as well as prospect and grow your customer base with sales and service mentality.Manage any customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, build rapport with customers and identify their needs. Be able to resolve/deescalate customer complaints/issues.Ensure the quality standards of Tide Dry Cleaners are met.Be able to function in a fast-paced environment with a high level of detail. Drive customer retention by building relationships and creating customer loyalty.Load and unload garments from the company vehicle.Cooperate with co-workers and promote a positive and productive working environment. Qualifications Some experience in route sales is preferred, but we are looking for individuals who really care for serving his/her guestsHighly organized and demonstrate self- motivation and attention to detail.Must possess excellent communication, positive attitude, and willingness to provide great customer service. Ability to identify and meet guest's needs and requirementsPassion for interacting in a positive and creative manner with customers and team members.
