They are known for their commitment to delivering high-quality results and fostering a professional work environment.Job DescriptionLead ground up affordable housing and LIHTC preservation projects in NYCoordinate and supervise all MEP activities on construction sites to ensure compliance with project specifications.Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to maintain project timelines and budgets.Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to safety standards.Review design documents and provide input to optimize efficiency and functionality.Resolve technical issues related to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems promptly and effectively.Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including reports and schedules.Ensure all work complies with local building codes and regulations in the Bronx.Train and mentor site staff to promote professional growth and knowledge sharing.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
