 Position titleDepartmentReports toShipping and Loader AssociateProductionProduction SupervisorEmployment statusFLSA statusEffective date☐ Temporary ☒ Full-time ☐ Part-time☒ Nonexempt ☐ ExemptSummary/Objective: performs duties related to shipping, receiving, inspecting, storing, as well as delivering a variety of materials, equipment and supplies. Essential Functions/Responsibilities:  Complete shipments by processing and loading orders Schedule, move, weigh, stock, receive and pack inbound and/or outbound warehouse products Load and unload trucks.Bring raw materials to the work center.Assist in inventory level maintenance and inventory counts.Ensure correct labeling, packaging and inventory. Inspect for damaged products. Complete all necessary documents fully and accurately. Follow all Safety, Environmental and Quality policies and procedures. Adhere to standards (e.g., maintain cleanliness of work area, etc.) Perform other duties as assigned.Education and Experience:High school or equivalent degree and 2 years' experience, required.Prior experience as a Professional Mover (appliance, furniture and office equipment), preferred.Good communication skills.Ability to interpret work instructions.Ability to work independently or in a team.Physical Demands:          Must be able to lift 40 - 80 lbs. without assistance.Must be able to stand on feet for the entire duration of work shift.Work Environment:        The position is in a factory with exposure to noise, smells, and temperate fluctuations.
