South Florida's leading healthcare system is seeking a PACS Support Admin to help troubleshoot and maintain the PACS applications while the healthcare system begins their digital transformation journey to a new PACS System. This person's day to day will include troubleshooting, maintaining, and configuring the PACS applications by handling tickets that come in daily and provide the proper support needed. Ideally this candidate comes from a healthcare background that is involved in Infrastructure as well whether through networking, cloud computing, security, etc. This person will sit remote in South Florida, but may be required to come onsite 1x a month for any support escalations local to where they reside.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Bachelors' Degree or relevant experience2. 5+ years' experience PACS including Sectra, Philips and/or Telespace3. Experience with Infrastructure at a healthcare level including networking, troubleshooting, cloud computing, security, etc. 4. Well versed with Clinical Workflows/ IT Healthcare5. Ability to troubleshoot and handle tickets for PACS systems6.
