SuperintendentPosition Overview The Superintendent will oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to coordinate with various stakeholders, including contractors, architects, and clients, while managing project schedules and maintaining safety protocols.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily on-site construction activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations.Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and labor forces to ensure timely project completion.Review and understand project plans, specifications, and schedules to ensure they are being followed accurately.Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and other stakeholders regarding project status and any issues that arise.Manage and track project budgets and expenses, ensuring financial targets are met.Utilize Procore software for project management and documentation.QualificationsProven experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction, particularly in ground-up construction.Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.Experience with CMU, office building, and retail projects is preferred.Proficiency in construction management software, especially Procore.Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and safety standards.Benefits Vacation/PTOMedicalDentalVision401kBonusRelocationTelecommute
