What We Offer: * $3,000 Sign-On Bonus (paid in two installments: $1,500 after 30 days, $1,500 after 90 days) * Competitive hourly pay based on experience and certifications * Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTO * Modern, clean facilities with industry-leading tools and technology * Career advancement opportunities within a growing organization Primary Focus - Final Quality Control (FQC): * Perform post-repair inspections on reconditioned vehicles * Verify mechanical, cosmetic, and safety-related repairs meet company standards * Ensure all work is complete and the vehicle is road-ready before it reaches the sales floor * Test drive vehicles as needed to confirm proper operation * Collaborate with service, body, and reconditioning departments to resolve issues quickly Requirements: * 2+ years of experience in automotive repair, inspections, or PDI/FQC roles * High attention to detail and quality control * Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills * Valid Florida driver's license and clean driving record * ASE certifications preferred (or willingness to obtain-training provided) * Comfortable working in a high-volume, team-oriented environment
