Job DescriptionCommercial Roofing Foreman GPAC is partnering with a well-established and reputable commercial roofing company in Colorado Springs seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Foreman. Why You'll Love Working Here: Above-market pay Company vehicle + gas card Stable, full-time work with solid leadership and consistent support Long-term opportunity with a company that invests in its people Responsibilities: Lead and supervise crews on commercial roofing projects Ensure all work meets company standards for quality, safety, and efficiency Coordinate job site activities, materials, and project timelines Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and team members Train and mentor team members to maintain high performance and workmanship Qualifications: 5+ years of low-slope roofing experience Strong knowledge of TPO, PVC, EPDM, and BUR systems Proven leadership skills and ability to manage field teams Valid driver's license (access to military bases is a plus) Must be eligible for E-Verify Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious Compensation (pay is determined by skill level and experience): Foremen: $30-$35/hr (based on experience) Experienced Roofers: $26-$30/hr Entry-Level (1-2 years): $19.50-$22/hr This is an excellent opportunity to join a company with an outstanding reputation in the commercial roofing industry.
