Customer Service Representative Full Time positions available to answer basic order calls and customer inquiries. Customer Service Representatives have an additional opportunity to earn income through incentive programs.As a key member of our Customer Experience Team helping customers enjoy the hobby of coin collecting, your primary responsibilities are as follows:Responding in a friendly, courteous manner to answer customer phone calls in a fast paced sequenceAccurately entering orders and resolving customer basic questionsEarn additional incentives through our phone feature programQualified applicants will meet the following requirements:High school diploma or GEDSolid telephone customer service ability; prior experience a plusPatience and exceptional listening skillsAbility to enter 35 words per minute while talking to the customerConfidence in multi-taskingDependability and reliabilityAttentiveness for detail and a desire for accuracyAbility and availability to work overtime.
