Job Title: Neonatal Nurse Practitioner Join a Leading Health System in Kansas City!We are seeking a full-time Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to become part of a collaborative and experienced NICU team across multiple locations in the vibrant Kansas City, Missouri metro area. The facility features a robust neonatal care program, including a 49-bed Level-IIIB NICU, a 15-bed Level-IIIA NICU, and coverage for well-babies. Our hospital partners with the March of Dimes to offer a NICU Family Support program, and we pride ourselves on providing family-centered care in a welcoming environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive neonatal care in a range of NICU settings. Participate actively in quality improvement initiatives and education. Support the comprehensive new grad program tailored to NNP's specific needs. Engage in family-centered care practices, providing education and support to NICU families. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for optimal patient outcomes. Qualifications: Board Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP). Master s degree in nursing. New graduates are welcome to apply. Strong commitment to teamwork and patient-centered care. License and Certification Requirements: Current APRN national specialty certification (Neonatal Nurse Practitioner). Active Missouri Nursing License or willingness to obtain.
