Availability: Flexible, including weekendsHourly Rate: $11-12/hour base pay + tips (Approximately $2-3 per hour in tips)Shifts: Weekday and Weekend Shifts Available AM+PMResponsibilities:As a Bakery Associate, you will be responsible for creating a delightful experience for our customers. Your duties will include:- Precisely baking and packaging cookies.- Providing exceptional customer service with a friendly and helpful attitude.- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.- Assisting with tasks such as folding boxes, restocking, and other duties assigned by the manager.No previous kitchen experience is required as training will be provided. Possessing or obtaining a current food handlers card is a plus.Requirements:To excel in this role, you should have:- The ability to accurately handle and package cookies, perform cashier duties, and contribute to kitchen operations.- A willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.- Customer service experience is a bonus but not essential.- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent service and fostering a safe and empowering work atmosphere.Physical Requirements:You will need to be physically capable of:- Occasionally lifting and carrying items weighing up to 50 lbs (flour, sugar, etc.).- Standing, squatting, bending, twisting, reaching, walking, and leaning throughout your shift.- Performing repetitive motion of wrists/arms during baking tasks.- Maneuvering quickly in a confined space around hot ovens.- Taking visual and audible cues for efficient operations.Why Join Us:We are a rapidly growing team that values internal growth and development.
