The team is looking for an LPN to join their compassionate evening shift care team!!ScheduleEvenings 3pm-11pmRotating Every Other WeekendEarn generous shift differential of $4 per hour for weekday evenings and $8 per hour for weekend evenings on top of base rate!!The Terrace at Eddy Memorial provides enriched housing and assisted living to seniors who value amenity-rich living, but need a little extra help with everyday tasks, such as household chores, bathing, dressing and medication management.As a member of our caring, compassionate health care team the LPN will enjoy:Shift Differential above base rate for all evening shifts!Growth opportunities available with our newly implemented LPN clinical ladder!Central location being right off alternate route 7 and I-787 bringing you through the capital district (Clifton Park, Latham, Albany) and VermontCDTA bus passes available for all SPHP colleaguesThe LPN will be responsible for, but not limited to:The nursing care of residents under the direction of the Nursing DirectorOversee a team of resident assistantsDelegate select responsibilities to insure the highest level of resident care and aideDemonstrate SPHP's Standards of Behavior and Core Values.Minimum RequirementsValid NYS LPN licensePreferred Requirements1+ year of experience as a LPN, but willing to help train the right candidate to further their skills1+ yr working in a skilled nursing facilityAbility to maintain the highest level of customer service while completing day to day duties and responsibilitiesAbility to communicate effectively in a fast pace work environmentAbility to engage within a team settingPassion to learn, grow and develop in the nursing fieldPay Range:$24.00 - $30.10Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates.
