Job Title: RN ORLocation: Burlington, VTContract duration: 16 weeksShift:4X10 -hoursSchedule: Days(rotational)Key Responsibilities:Circulate and scrub for surgical procedures in a variety of specialties including General, GU, GYN, ENT, Eyes, Plastics, Laparoscopic, Trauma, Thoracic, and VascularCollaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical technologists to ensure optimal patient outcomesMaintain strict aseptic technique and monitor for adherence to infection control standardsAnticipate surgeon and procedural needs to ensure smooth surgical flowProvide comprehensive pre-, intra-, and post-operative patient care documentation in EpicAssess and respond to patient status during procedures, ensuring safety and quality of careParticipate in orientation and mentoring of new staff or travelers as neededSupport emergency procedures and respond effectively to critical situationsAdhere to hospital policies, safety regulations, and ethical nursing standardsRequirements:Minimum 2 years of OR RN experience in a large academic Level I Trauma CenterPrior travel nurse experience requiredEPIC experience within the past 2 years (non-negotiable)Must be able to circulate all specialties except CVORMust be able to scrub General, GU, GYN, ENT, Eyes, Plastics, Laparoscopic, Trauma, Thoracic, and Vascular casesCurrent BLS and ACLS certification (through AHA)Active state RN license in good standingInterested?
