This role implements cost-effective systems, considering business trends, resources, and patient needs. The manager builds strong relationships with patients, physicians, staff, and vendors, ensuring high-quality care and continuous improvement.Key duties include managing surgery, anesthesia, and sterile processing services, using customer satisfaction and employee feedback to drive improvements.
