This small-medium sized firm is growing substantially and looking to add a qualified proect manager to their team.Job DescriptionThe Key Responisbilities for project manager (Detroit, MI) include:Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.Manage and supervise project teams, subcontractors, and on-site personnel.Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and cost control systems.Review and approve project drawings, specifications, and change orders.Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, safety, and quality.Serve as the main point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.Identify and mitigate potential risks or delays.Prepare and present project reports, updates, and forecasts to management and clients.Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractor services.
