Learn more about ADP's commitment on our YouTube channel: WHAT YOU'LL DO: Here's what you can expect on a typical day: Partner with other talented engineers on the team to design and build new features and enhancements in the WorkMarket product. Solve complex design and implementation problems in a composable way leveraging front- end frameworks. Producing scalable code through the use of testing frameworks like React testing libraries and Cypress. Partner with the teamí¢€™s product owner to learn the application domain and to refine feature specifications. Help to define and refine engineering practices for the team and broader engineering organization. You have 4+ years of experience in relevant skills gained and developed in the same or similar role. TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: You'll have a Bachelor's degree OR equivalent work experience. Minimum Qualifications In-depth knowledge of and ability to apply design and architectural patterns Knowledge and 2+ years of professional experience with React Strong experience with HTML and CSS Knowledge of AWS and Docker is a plus Passion for engineering best practices Deep understanding of User Experience design Experience working within an agile development framework Track record of building software with quality, accessibility and high performance Preferred Qualifications Working with design systems, leveraging frameworks such as Material UI Deep understanding of asynchronous operations Our Technical Stack Architecture: API-driven, distributed, microservice-based Frontend : React/Redux, Material UI, Micro front-end, React testing framework, Cypress Backend: Java 8, Spring, Solr, Kafka, Zuul Build: Jenkins, Docker, Artifactory, Gradle Infrastructure: AWS, Kubernetes, TerraForm, MySQL/RDS Quality Assurance: Mabl, Locust/BlazeMeter, Python-based API test automation YOU'LL LOVE WORKING HERE BECAUSE YOU CAN: Have courageous team collaboration.
