Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated _Nevada_Licensed Attorney (0-5 yearsof experience) to join our legal team. This is an opportunity for hands-on learning and development as an attorney with proactive direction and assistance in a collegial team environment. The right person for this role will have strong writing skills, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail, and pragmatic problem-solving approaches. Responsibilities involve research, analysis, and drafting (letters, reports, pleadings, etc.) and will include communicating with clients, counsel, and experts. We offer a collaborative environment but you must be self-motivated and able to exercise independent judgment. While the job is on-site, we offer the flexibility to work remotely as needed. Basic proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook required. Civil litigation experience is preferred. Applicants _must_have a Nevada Bar Licenseor have recently passed the bar and are pending licensing.
