Position OverviewWe are seeking anAttorneywith significant experience in estate planning to join our team. This is a key leadership role for an attorney who is not only highly skilled in legal strategy and client service, but also passionate about mentoring, business growth, and making a lasting impact. You will be entrusted with managing complex client matters, developing strategic legal solutions, and contributing to the continued success and growth of the firm. Compensation & BenefitsInitial Base Salary:$5,000/month for the first 6 months Ongoing Compensation:35% commission based on revenue received from your legal work Benefits Include:Employer-subsidized health, dental, and vision insurance Optional employee-funded supplemental insurance policies Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with prospective and current clients to understand their legal needs and objectives Develop and implement tailored legal strategies that are ethical, cost-effective, and outcome-oriented Provide clients with clear explanations of legal options, risks, and potential outcomes Prepare and review estate planning and business documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, LLC and corporate formation documents, and other contracts Stay informed and up to date on developments in estate, elder, and business law through continuing legal education Cultivate strong client relationships based on trust, reliability, and consistent communication Collaborate with and support a team of attorneys and legal staff in delivering top-tier client service Represent the firm as a speaker at monthly estate planning seminars, educating the public on key legal topics and building awareness of the firms services Required QualificationsJuris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school Licensed and in good standing with the Arkansas State Bar Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university Preferred QualificationsLaw Review or Journal experience LL.M. in Taxation from an accredited institution Minimum 5 years of legal practice with a focus on estate planning, elder law, or business planning Proficiency in WealthCounsel drafting software Skills & CompetenciesStrong legal research, analysis, and writing skills Excellent interpersonal and communication abilitiesboth verbal and written Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Adaptability and eagerness to learn new systems and concepts quickly Job Type: Full-time Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Retirement plan Vision insurance Work Location: Hybrid remote in Little Rock, AR 72211 by Jobble
