Facility: This facility is South Florida's premier provider of neonatal services featuring a large Level IV NICU along with coverage of other hospitals in the system. Job Details: • Full-time NNPs rotate to all 3 hospitals (all within about 20-30 minute driving distance of each other) in the healthcare system• The 2 Level III units have 24-hour shifts• The Level IV unit has either 10- or 12-hour day shifts and 12- or 16-hour night shifts• Must have current 2+ years of experience as an NNP (not including RN experience)• Must be NNP Board Certified• FL License required (or willingness to obtain)• Master's Degree (minimum) and/or Doctorate in Nursing required• Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision insurance• Additional benefits include life insurance, disability options, 401k with company match, and more Compensation: Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
